MF 1045 Price

I've been looking around at several used tractors and have been back in forth on a few models and I'm getting to the point where I need to make a decision. So I am wondering if all of you MF owners might be able to offer some thoughts.

I am looking at a '88 MF 1045 with a 232 FEL, FWD, 800 hours of mostly landscaping jobs. The tractor does not have manuals and has no major repairs, although it does have a slight hydraulics leak that they are fixing now. Asking price is $7,600.

Is this a tractor or a price that I should jump on?

or here Used Tractors and Farm Equipment. 1000s of Farm Machinery Classifieds! for pricing. I have a 86 MF 1040 with 650hrs. that I bought new. Has been a great tractor with no issues. I personally would not sell mine for that price as I think more of mine that that. Besides, I don't think the other colors are as well built as MF. Good Luck on your decision and you can alwasy dicker on the price or at least us southern fokes usually try to.
