MF 1205 Any Good??

There is a 1205 in my area. It is one of the few tractors with a FEL that I have seen in my area in its price range. Are parts available for this tractor? Would it be a good choice for mowing,plowing and general yard work? It has under 500 hrs on it and appears in excellent shape. Any advice at all would be great. I have made the mistake of buying an obscure tractor and I don't want to do that again....

I owned a 1215 for probably 7 years. It was a decent little tractor. I think the difference between the 1205 and 1215 is power steering. It is a little hard to steer with a bucket load of dirt. I demoed both tractors before buying one.
