Buying Advice MF 1205 question

Can someone clarify a question I have. I've come across a MF1205 for sale locally. It's well priced and comes with several attachements. It appears to be just what I need. However, I've come across some confusing information on this tractor. Everything I can find says it's similar to the Iseki TM215 and has the E393 engine. However, the TM215 with the E393 engine claims 56.5 cu with 15.5 hp. While the claims on the Massey are 61.6 cu and 17 hp. This appears to be the same specications as the Iseki E3100 engine in the TM217 . So which engine is it?
