MF 1220 electrical problem

Hi, trying to figure out what is wrong. It appears to have a dead short. When hook up the battery hear a little click in the starter area. The click still there with the ignition switch removed so not in the switch. When use the switch to preheat nothing happens, Don't hear the fuel pump priming either. The starter will turn over, but no start as pump doesn't seem to be getting power. Short kills the battery in a hurry. Wiring diagram in owners manual not that great. Any ideas on where to start, or how to get it running long enough to move it and remove the front loader to make it easier to work on. Bucket on the ground and plow on the ground in back going to make it difficult to move and it is in a bad spot.

First thing I would do is identify what "click" is all about... IT may or may not be indicator of problem...

Next is to disconnect any electrical item (one at a time) till indication of short goes away...

I would remove a battery cable from battery and put a test lamp across end of cable to battery post, if it lights you have a drain... This is where you disconnect things one at a time till light goes out....This is where your pathetic wiring diagram comes in...
