MF 135 Dash wiring

I have a MF135 and from what I can tell I need to rewire all the gauges. None of them work and only connection on the positive terminal is going to the starter so need to start fresh. Can I just run a positive to each gauge or does it need to go to a fuse box?

Gauges are probably bad. Check the voltage at the gauge and see if you have your 12 VDC. They are probably pulling it from the starter positive which should be fine.

Did they ever work?

I ask as early 135s had dynamos and later ones had alternators (at least in the UK). Dynamos were generally positive earth, dynamos negative earth. Is it possible someone has done an upgrade on yours?
