MF 135
I have a MF 135 that started leaking around the supply line of the fuel injection pump. I tried tightening the connection to no avail. I decided to remove the connection and replace what I thought would possibly be a 'o-ring', I was in to big of a hurry so I dropped the copper washers. So now I'm not sure what all I need to replace and in what order. I took the connetor to my local MF dealer and they didn't have a clue, said they might be able to order one. I went to my shop manual and I couldn't find the details of what I needed to replace.

Can anyone give me some in-sight on what needs to be replaced ?

From the illustration snippet the flat brass washers go on both sides of the banjo fitting.

That is exactly what I needed, thanks for the quick reply. I reviewed the agco parts pages as a guest user and i couldn't see the part numbers. I am assuming that I need to contact agco and get login credentials to do so. Is this a free service if you order parts from them ? And are they a good dealer to order from ?

I don't believe you can buy directly from AGCO. You have to use their dealer network. The www.agcopartsbook.com was made available from what I'm told to empower the buyer with information with the correct parts number before contacting a retail outlet. The. Parts book does help one who doesn't have any experience repairing. These old work horses. It has helped me countless times. There are three maybe more service manuals out there. None of them are complete in every details. The agco service manual is probably the most complete. They can be found at www.agcopubs.com i have both the parts book and service manual. One could get. By without the partsbook because of easy only access.if you don't have a service manual you should consider it. Good luck.

That's how crush washers are normally installed on a banjo fitting. Your local autoparts store should also carry various sizes of them.

What you need is 2 of Delphi # 5936 332c banjo gasket. Stanadyne 11354 copper or 16225 steel will fit also if you can't find Delphi. Check with local diesel pump repair shop, they should have what you need.

Thanks to all that have posted replys, I was able to get the copper washers and installed. Turns out the issue was with the pump itself, it just looked like it was leaking at the banjo fitting. i have removed and taken to have rebuilt.
