MF 135 PTO Clutch Issue

I put my rotary cutter on this week to cut down some fields and I am having a terrible time getting the PTO to engage. All I get is grinding when I try to engage it, but if I force it really hard I can get it going. The reverse PTO doesn't work at all. No grinding, nothing. Didn't have an issue with it last fall when I used the PTO last.

What should I start looking at and adjusting?
