I'm new and thought I would try this.
I use a MF 1440v to hay about 25 acres. It has 630 hours.
When I stand up the engine dies about 20% of the time. To restart I must shift the shuttle to reverse and back to neutral and then make sure it is slightly towards forward, yet still in neutral. I get off the tractor a lot. If I stand up while the tractor is moving it will die like it is supposed to.
My Dad does most of the maintenance and owns the tractor. He keeps it washed and it has always run. We do have to keep after the hay/dust which tries to plug the screen on the radiator.
Any ideas?
