MF 158 hydraulics lift drifts down

A question for you guys: My MF 158 3 points hydraulics lift drifts down when the diverter valve gives pressure to the external component, and there is a load on the 3 point lift. Before I go ahead and try to replace rings on the lift piston, is there something else that may cause it?

Does it leak down when you shut off tractor or hold?
