Steering control valve was leaking bad so I replaced the o rings and seal, discovered that the reason it was leaking was someone had it apart before and left out one washer and the snap ring that holds the spring in place, the spring was pushing the oil seal out of the assembly. Well now it's all back together but not working, I failed to mark the steering arm before removing it from the pedestal shaft and feel that I have it "out of time" so to speak. I've adjusted according to the manual, but I've got some slop in the mounting pin cylinder rod area and don't know how to adjust so the valve is activated at the right place or time when turning. Where should it be when the steering is straight ahead, and left or right? Thanks
