Just got an 80痴 model 20c. Runs good but I can稚 engage the PTO lever with the tractor running. I push the clutch down and move the PTO lever and all I hear is gears grinding. It will engage with the tractor off but I want to be able to turn a shredder off and on with the tractor running. What do you think the problem is? Thanks for the help.
