My MF-230 steering wheel is loose. The problem is in under the steering wheel. Underneath the wheel there is a circular plate with ten or so bolts where the power steering fluid is pumped. I've never worked on power steering so I don't know the exact cause of the problem.
What would be the culprit? If I remove the sealed plate would I have to bleed the steering fluid? And if that can be done easily enough would it be worth cracking open to take a look? And finally could this be repaired without buying new parts?
