Okay so this thread is a spin off of another thread if mine. Essentially, I bought a farm (see* New farm, need a tractor if interested) and I am trying to figure out what I need tractor wise. The previous owner of the house and farm gave me access to his old MF 243 so that is what I have to use as a gauge.
Anyways, anyone know how wide I can go with the rear tire spacing? I measured outside to outside width and it is 76? The tractor data website says this tractors wideth is 76.1 so I am assuming that would be the factory spacing and that this tractor has no spacers?
Tires are r1, 14.9-24.
