mf 270 vs NH 3010

Anyone have any stats/price info on the 270?

My NH dealer said it was roughly equivalent to a NH3010.

I'm trying to verify that.

The MF 270 was produced from 1983-86 and was around 56 pto hp and weighed 6700 lbs. The 271 is in production now and is 59 pto hp and weighs 6130 lbs. The 3010S is 42 pto hp and weighs a hair under 5000 lbs. These are all 2wd stats. The 271 list around $18k and the 3010S list around $18k so price is quite similar but I don't know what is included with the list price as far as standard options. Good luck

Thanks for the info. I figured that they were close, as my NH dealer said they were 'competeing' models.. but then wouldn't talk about any stats, etc.
