Buying Advice mf 40 or mf40b

hey guys/gals looking at buying this tractor. ill post the add in a few lines, my question is,is it a 40 or 40b. the add says its a 40 but from doing some research I belive its a 40b any info would be a big help.
"45 hp 3 cylinder perkins diesel direct injection. Motor runs strong needs a bit of tinkering here and there . Coolant lines leaking a bit and throttle lever needs some adjustments. Needs a new lift pump as the fuel line fittings are stripped. Have one ordered at maple leaf $60 will still run just leaking fuel out of the lift pumpAll the hydraulics work great and lots of extra hook ups front and back.

thanks mate ill just have to see when I go look today 3cly or 4. from not looking at the perkins and only the body, and don't get me wrong I get thing get fabed and upgraded. that said from pics I have seen of the 40 the muffler in the front of the nose 40b in rear and most 40s have round fenders not the squared off ones. the 40 has what I belive is a hyl pump on right side under the lift arm on frame, and the 40b dose not thanks for the info tho wagtail
