on my 40b, the backhoe swing arm lever is locked up. i can pull back on the lever and the arm will pivot to the right, but i cant push forward and get it to swing to the left.
i know theres 3 "positions" on the lever cylinder, out (pulled back) neutral/resting, and in (pushing forward). when i try and pushing it to the in position, it feels locked up, like something is in its way.
when i bought the tractor, the guy got the lever working. we had just assumed it was frozen. its too warm to be frozen up today, so im thinking something is mechanically wrong.
