I need some experienced help here! My 471 4wd with the 12-4 gearbox started having trouble lifting the loader without ramping up the rpms, even when empty when I was using it one cold day to move some gravel. It was reading low on hydraulic fluid so I put some in but didn't help at all. The bucket was still rotating fine and had down pressure, brakes, steering,PTO,and 3 point all seem ok. I parked it and came back the next day and it is now stuck in a forward gear as well as having the loader issues. So I drained the oil, cleaned the strainer which looked fine,put in a new filter and oil but still the same problem. It had started a small leak on the line into aux pump when baling hay over the summer but only when it was hot and working hard. Now that area has a persistent leak. We disconnected the compression fitting but it looks like it's leaking from the next fitting which might have an O ring that needs replacing.
Next problem, I'm not sure how to access the gear box since this has a cab and everything I can find online is for those without. We tried driving it a little to see if that would free things up but no luck. The left shifter (hi low rabbit turtle) works fine but the right hand (123R) won't move freely.
