Hello,
My name is Dee. I am a Hay farmer in NC.
I have a MF 563 that for the most part is an awesome tractor. The problem is that it easily over heats or runs hot. I can bale with a MF 124 square bailer all day and the temp needle hardly moves, but when I hook to the Vermeer 5410 rebel net wrap the tractor runs just below the red zone. It also runs hot when mowing with a MF 5 head cutter.
I am very thorough in cleaning /washing around the radiator to keep grass seeds and dust from collecting in the area as it is confined. I have had the thermostat changed once, but I have never checked inside the radiator. Any thoughts
