MF 6475 DYNA6 2011 transmission issue

Hello!

I have a problem with 2011 MF 6475 DYNA6 gearbox and calibration.

It started after error t253 and I sent tractor to local service. They changed hydraulics accumulator (hope it's the right word for it ). After changing they said there is also need to change gearbox software. And they updated the software.

But the problem is still there. When engine is cold the red gearbox error (t523) still appears and when I step on the clutch there is like a "kick" sound and when releasing the clutch tractor jumps very sharply. It needs to be released very very slowly. Sometimes when I turn the engine off and restart it right away the error goes away, but the "kick" sound still appears.

When I start the calibration I can hear that there is movement in gearbox, but 1 and 4 stay blinking and it never finishes the calibration.

Have you tried to disconnect a battery, to keep it disconnected for a while (5 to 10 seconds), then to connect it and to check if an error persists. This sometimes helps to erase former faults, and resets the system to operate correctly.

You've mentioned two different codes - t253 and t523. Does it mean depending on the conditions you have different faults? Does gearbox operate well, when warm?
Is this tractor still under warranty?

I have tried to disconnect a battery. It doesnt help.

Sorry, it's just typing mistake. There is still one error - t253. When gearbox oil is getting warm, like 20 celsius, it operates well.
Sadly tractor is not under warranty anymore.

Is this fault noticeable now in winter or you had it in summer too?
I mean, if it appeared in winter, it could be water in the oil, which freezes and ice is forming somewhere in a line. When the oil is getting warm, it heats up the ice, and a fault disappears.
Not sure, but...
