MF GC1720 CB65 BG w/ Brotek Ripper Tooth & Trencher

Well I am removing a good number of stumps from around my property and some of the roots can be quite a pain to bust through. I decided to get the Brotek Ripper Tooth along with the trencher attachment. However, this is a serious note. All of the items listed for the GC 1700 series are not produced by BroTek it is a misprint by the web developer. So to my dismay I could not get the fan guard as well.

Richard at Bro-Tek wanted to make things right and offered to custom create the Ripper Tooth with trencher for me due to the error on the website. He asked for all of the dimensions and measurements off the backhoe and bucket literally the next day the Ripper tooth was created and was sent out to me. Freaking amazing service from the Brotek team!!!

Got it literally 5 days after shipping via Canada post. Fitment = Perfect!!! No need to drill, enlarge, modify or do any of that jazz. Very happy with the product and service!

After a bit of action breaking up the roots. With the ripper tooth I can remove small stumps less than 4" without much problem. However, I do have some 20"-24" ones that require the bucket to excavate the dirt around the stumps. Overall, great product and service. I did not get to use the trencher yet, but I hope to later in the season.

Thanks again.....New Brunswick is a 14 hour drive from me. I'll contact them and see if they can make a ripper for my backhoe.
