Price Check MF1030 w/MF1016 bucket

I am trying to determine an asking price for my MF1030 with MF1016 bucket and 5' bush hog and a 6' landscape rake. Tractor has 969 hours and is in good mechanical condition. Cosmetics are a little rough with some surface rust it could use new paint.
