I decided to look into my power steering issues. As it doenst work. So I added some power steering fluid and then it came right back out. One of the hoses has a hole in it. Can I simply cut this area out and splice it back together with a bib and some hose clamps?

I may be wrong but I do believe these hoses are high pressure so you would not be able to splice the hose.
My MF135 does have high pressure crimps on the ends.

I checked mine again, and it does have crimped ends. The crimped ends seem to be crimped to the metal tubes that thread into the pump. I assume the hose cant be made up loacally. I guess the dealer is the only place that would have this part.

have a hose made up, it will be cheaper than going to a dealer.

It's possible you can get one made. As long as you have the correct ends that can make it past any of the corners you encounter, you should be fine (or so says the parts manager). Let us know how it turns out!

My hoses terminate into metal lines which then screw into the pump/gear box. Can I still get this type made? I toght of just adding some hardeware to "plumb" out to an area where regular hydraulic lines would work. Would doing this be a bad idea?

From my experience, it is almost impossible to find any where that has the correct ends to make lines like that. More than likely you have to go to the dealer to get the part.

I have a model 85. Had the same issue. Locate a Weatherhead distributor and ask about ermeto crimps. They are made for crimping a hyd hose to steel line and are good for 4,000 psi or more for your size hose. Quick and easy fix. You reuse the steel line portion of your hose. Cut out the rubber and crimp part and put the new hose in it's place.

It's definitely a high pressure hose. My MF-135 diesel has power steering and the service manual states that the power steering system gear pump has a relief valve set at 1125 psi. This is the setting for the MF-135 gasser also.
Witht he engine running the pressure in the power steering line on the pump outlet should read between 1100 and 1200 psi.

But what about using off the self items. Is it possible to use fittings to plumb out the system so regular hydraulic hoses would work. Thay way it if ever needs fixing again its an easy of the shelf fix?
