MF135 throttle return spring

I have a new-to-me 1969 MF 135 with a Continental engine. One of the smaller issues I'm dealing with is the lack of a throttle return spring. I have seen the spring on the exploded diagram, but I'm not sure how the diagram translates to my tractor. I'm not sure they linkage wasn't "field modified" sometime over the years. What's there works, but it won't throttle down. Anyone have some photos of the linkage and the location of the return spring on a similar vintage 135?

I had a diesel 135 and when the throttle return spring got too tired I added an other spring, and set it so there was just enough extra tension for the throttle to go back to idle. It took a bit of trail and error to get things just right.
