Over the Summer we purchased a MF230 tractor with a Bush Hog 2346QT loader. Currently, the loader oil supply is fed from the hydraulic selector valve on top of the transmission and it returns through the fill plug. There is also an unused factory remote valve on the opposite side.
Is there a way to get a constant oil supply without having to go through the selector valve? As it is set up now, I have to use the selector valve and place the 3-point all the way up and set the draft control in "constant pumping". This makes hogging difficult - it would be nice to have 3-point control as well as loader power to beat brush down or adjust the bucket for changing ground.
Any help would be appreciated!
