MF235 clutch

I have an MF235 that needs clutch repair. is this something realistic for a shade tree mechanic to accomplish?

It would be a fairly easy project for a shade tree mechanic. A bottle jack and a floor jack will make it a smooth experience. Make sure to wedge the front axle between the axle and the front bolster so the engine doesn't flop over when disconnected from the transmission. The bottle jack will support the rear half while the floor jack supports and rolls the front half.
