mahindra mforce 105P
Hello,

I need help, I have mforce 105P, nice tractor, but I run into some issues.

Yesterday, I have check engine light came up, and tractor with disc mower and PTO runnig wont go over 1800 RPM, so I can't climb hills to cut remainig grass.

Maybe someone have similar issue and will steer me in the right direction, and also, if anyone can help me to locate the code reader plug and let me know what scanner will work on it.

Appreciate your help.

The plug in on my Mpower 85 is located in the cab, under the dash and below the steering wheel. On my 2565, it's located under the hood, on the front on the tractor, above the battery. I'm sure a dealership will help u find it.
The throttle sensor on my 2565 went out and it was doing something similar.
I don't remember the name of the code reader I use but the one I'm gonna buy is the GXG-1987 CODE reader. It runs with Bluetooth and will sink up with any Android device.

The 105 is much different than any other Mahindra... the Doosan engine will have a burn off for the oxidation filter at certain periods your manual will explain how to do so

Your dealer will be the only one with the equipment able to read and explain the codes

hi guys, and thanks for your replies. Unfortunately I don't have any dealers around and would need to take care of the problem myself.

I decided to reprogram the chip and get rid of all the DEF stuff including EGR

I have a TYM 1054 which is identical to your Mahindra.

This may be an obvious question but is it low on DEF fluid - what colors are your 4 LEDS in the speedometer? or have you cancelled any of the regen cycles? Do you have any manuals for it?

I apologize if these are obvious questions! Just thinking outloud -

Oh yeah? You got the Doosan codes to do so?

Thanks for replying. DEF fluid is full, all indicators are green. I did perform the regen cycle couple of times but it did not help

nope, but I was hoping to get the general idea what is the problem. Machine is new and I was thinking it most lilkely some defect sensor or something, and it should have some universal codes for them

I will. Here is what happened though. I decided to take the tractor back home from the field, and after I got the good road, I was on H4 gear, and tractor won't get RPMs more then about 1600-1700, after about 15 minutes drive on high gear, I stoped and turn off the engine and when started back up check engine light went off and tractor began to act normal, but when I took it back, same thing happen again, and won't go away now

My 105p had that same problem. It was a few years old and had very little use. I read somewhere that def fluid goes bad with age. I removed the def filler neck so I could siphon the old fluid out and I replaced with a premium def. The oring did not seal properly after i put the filler neck back on with the 3 screws. I took it off again and used a form-a-gasket product to seal the unit to the def tank as I reattached it. It worked after that once i got through one or two start stop cycles. Worked for 3/4 year and i got another problem where all green lights went from 4 green to 1 green to 1 yellow to 1 red flashing and engine light flashing. Could not accelerate and only idle. I noticed the def cap was a bit loose when it was all the way on. I backed it off a bit where it felt secure. After idling a hour. 4 green lights were back engine light off and tractor works great again. Hope it lasts. I will probably buy a new def cap. Hope maybe this helps someone. If anyone has other solutions please let me know.
