Well turns out mice moved into our camper, and getting them out seem to be quit the chore. So far I trapped 6 of them in the past 3 weeks, I know were they are coming from but I don't want to block the hole just yet till I get them all out. They are coming in up from the floor and don't want to plug that hole till I get them out of there, I don't want them dead in there and smelling up the place. I poured a bottle of Peppermint oil in the hole hoping to get them out, which I heard works well. But in my case it didn't as I just found another one in my trap today. Anyone have any other tricks to share to get rid of them? I don't want to poison them as they will just go back down the hole to die and smell up the place. Thanks.

Try putting red pepper around the hole. Most animals are repelled by red pepper.

Plug the entry hole and keep trapping them till they are gone.

Use moth balls...

I switched to sticky traps this year. They work just fine. I have a chipmunk stuck to one right now in my shop. When I first put them out I caught 3 in one right off the bat. And good luck trying to plug up holes in a trailer to keep them out.

Moth balls work in my boat. Maybe they will work in the camper as well.

Dryer sheets they work well in my boat, should work in a camper as well.

Plug the hole and get a bunch of traps and spread them around. If they are hungry they will find one. I had one in every drawer and lower cupboard and a few on the floor corners. That will get them. Check them every few days so dead ones don't stink up the place. :pullinghair:
