Michigan iron and equip. thumb on L39

Does anyone have the hydraulic thumb on their L39? If so, how do you like it. Anyone know if they make the shared pin thumb for the quick change bucket? Thanks!

I have the Kubota thumb on my L45 and it works great. I also have the quick attach buckets and they work fine with the thumb. I am in Canada though and Kubota uses a different hoe QA setup up here versus in the USA.

Get the thumb - you'll wonder how you ever lived without in a very short period of time.

I put a manual thumb on my L39. It works good, but if I had to do it again, I would go with hydraulic.

I have the hydraulic thumb on my B26 and it has nothing to do with the bucket or the QA pin. The thumb cylinder attachment points are already on the boom and are separate from the bucket pins so that end is easy to fit. Adapting the control lever and all the hoses will be a bit time consuming and the major part of the expense of any hydraulic modification.
