Mid PTO wont come out of gear.

My mid mount PTO wont come out of gear. What causes this?
Only 78 hours on a new CK27HST.

Mechanic came up today and fixed it.

What was it? Mid PTO is a dealer installed option, did they make a mistake or did something just break?

So, what was the problem/solution? Glad to hear it is fixed.

There is a little shaft in the tranny that pushes on a finger that engages the mid PTO. The cover that was holding the shaft in place was a little loose and let the finger slide past the shaft. It wasn't loose enough to leak. Mechanic is ordering me a new finger & shaft and will be up as soon as it comes in to replace it.
You gotta drop the hydraulic oil to deal with it.
