Might Go Green from Kubota to Gator

Kyle how did your father in law do on price. What % below msrp did he pay if any. I知 trying to figure what price is fair to both of us.

Not sure exactly, but he said they offered him either 0% or really low rate for 48 months, if he'd buy the insurance. I told him that was a no brainer.

There were 2 rebates totalling $1150, so the base price was $15,500. Mind you, he was trading in a Kubota RTV 500 so he did not have a lot of bargaining power, since they gave him his money back on the RTV.

His unit already had the spray in bed liner, hydraulic power dump, the biggest wheels and tires available stock. So that is reflected in the above price. he added some more options so it got even higher.

The electric gator is great. But has its limitations. We have a large hill separating the property and the E-Gator handles that with ease, even with two adults and a full load of wood.

I use it to go to a neighbor, but would not risk going distant places with it. I learned that with an electric outboard. Running out of juice sucks!

I don't think the Diesel Mule has been started in a couple of months. So handy, more pleasureable and better suited for stopping/starting, getting in and out is the E-Gator.

If your loading it up - go with the 835.

To me, not a huge difference between the 590 and 835 size wise...590 is nice in tighter quarters, 835 makes sense in open field operations.

Price - easiest to configure what you want and ask 2-3 local shops in my opinion. Chasing a price off an online seller or forum and asking locals to max can get frustrating quickly.
