mining 68 AW

Guys the brother inlaw brought home 20 gallon of hyd. oil that had this label on it. He trades alot in his business and got this and 30 gallons of BP 80w-90 gear oil and 4 cases of tube grease. This I know what to do with but the mining oil I have no ideas except external lube. Does anyone know what the label stands for or what it compares to?
