Never heard of them, so I Googled them and found the website. Their tractor page has the cookie-cutter Q&A that can be found on many websites, and their "Parts" page has the following "Parts and service information will be available here soon. Thank you." Their "Support" page has the following "Support information on your equipment will be available here soon. Thank you." I'd want more information. Get references, and contact them, where ever you shop.morris9460 said:Bought my Yanmar from Birnstengel Equipment in Brooklyn Park Mn. He usually has several tractors on hand or has a load coming soon. All jap makes. Give him a call 763-433-5429. I am not afiliated with his business, just a customer.

In general I would agree with you, particularly the last few lines of your post (though we carry most of the same parts), but in their Q&A they state this re: parts: "We service everything we sell. Parts are available from many companies and if you can't find what you need, we'll find it for you. Check out our "Parts" and "Support" pages." And then you go to those pages and get the quotes I previously posted. Not awe-inspiring. And most of us are aware that parts for many of the brands they list on their "Tractors" page range from slightly difficult to nearly impossible to get....nowhere near the accessibility of parts for yanmars. I'm not saying they sell junk units, I'm saying I see several red flags, and I would want those issues resolved clearly before I would buy from them.dieselgeek said:In this part of the country, not many dealers are going to meet your requirements, so I suggest he just take a cautious approach, check the tractor over to the best of his ability (same as I did) - there are far fewer "oh my gosh stay away from teh vietnamese rebuilds" dealers on here than searches would indicate; some dealers maintain no internet presence because they don't have to - so I'd advise he not be "scared" and go check them out.
Heck, I get my parts from Hoye and it's easier than driving to the local Napa... for those of us trying to maintain a Yanmar or other Japanese brand without local dealers - it's not really that bad if we don't mind turning the occasional wrench and few things on these tractors are difficult or complicated - most problems are relatively easy to spot after doing a little homework.
