minor issues with eMax

I just purchased a used 2015 Mahrindra eMax 25with 40 hours on it. There are a couple issues that I'm trying to resolve and with only 40 hours, I think these are unusual. First, the tach isn't working. Is it run electronically or by cable? All the panel lights work, so I don't think it would be electrical. The other issue is the deck adjustment knob will not turn. I did spray it with WD-40 and am letting it soak to see if it will break free. Anyone out there have any suggestions?

The adjustment knob won’t turn until you have your 3 point raised all the way up! So I would try that first if you haven’t all ready. And I’m not sure about the tach. Hope this helps you.

I've had the Guage cluster off multiple times. There are no mechanical cables, just wires.

I tried all the way up, middle and down. It looks like there is a pin that drops into multiple holes after you lift and turn the knob. Right now it's stuck in the install position. I'm not sure how the adjuster is supposed to work. I probably can get to the underside better to see after the deck is removed. Maybe then I can figure out their patent pending technology.

Thanks for the info.. I followed the wiring diagram and found the plug at the alternator was loose. Working great now.
