It's nice when this happens...We had 2 1983 ford 7710's bought new with consecutive serial numbers that we sold 15 years ago and went way accross country...My uncle found one on of them a collective auction last year by chance only a few miles from home but a bit worse for wear...He bought it back..she'd come home to die..!

Wow, Soundguy-- just saw your Ford. I'm not sure why, really, but it really pleases me to see an old machine brought back to life --and looking showroom new! Guess that's why I like to play with my old motorcycles....

sweep-- Hope you can get "yours" back & rebuilt! Neat story!
