Well, it's a nice end of town anyway. Truck in distance first taps "all clear" on brake lights and drives away. Street essentially deserted except for shadowy figures. Then, unlucky fellow possibly deaf, strolls by and tree does it's thing. Then, bunches of guys emerge, fully dressed for the occasion, step over likely live wires and somewhat casually begin to investigate fate of unlucky fellow.
Good one, Mace. Seems that a somewhat recent theme is how many people are killed by falling trees annually in the US. That was a smack down, for sure. Hope he walked away, unsure why video stopped without the final answer.
