The technology is always going to be advancing as time marches on.
The centrilization of the goverment is a concern I am sure, and I wonder what the goverments thought is about that.
You are on the money about the chemical warfare,it would be catastrophic,not even the obvious but the not so obvious.
Look at the Gulf War syndrome it was not obvious at the time,but later on it is very obvious. I have a good friend who was in Desert Storm, he has been very sick for the last year to 2 years and no doctors around my home town can put there finger on the problem,some days he feels ok and other days he can hardly get out of bed.I cannot help but to think that he is suffering from a Gulf War related illness.
