mitsubishi 370 deisel no pressure from fuel injector pump

started with black smoke almost suet replaced all lines and filter bled air out to the pump then nothing from the pump tried to check pump gasket cant remove pump

check and see if side plate is there if so remove and make sure the spring pistons are going up and down also theres a dip stick on back see if there is any fluid if not it may need to be primed like pump. check filter and make sure fuel is coming from tank.
