Oil & Fuel Mitsubishi MD372 Fuel Leak Please Help

I have noticed a bit of fuel leaking out at one of my fuel injectors. The metal tubes are the supply line and I don't think they are leaking but each injector has a small rubber tube coming out and I think that is what is leaking. I don't know what these tubes are or what they do. There does not seem to be any information about them in my manuals. Is there anyone who knows what these are and if that tubing is available anywhere?

Those are fuel return lines, any parts store should have the hose.

I used chainsaw fuel line on mine almost 10 years ago. Still good. Cut a piece off and take it to a lawn mower/chainsaw repair.
