Ok, you got me wondering. Once you took the starter off, what happened then?

I took some karosene in a garden sprayer and sprayed on the rear side of the flywheel. You can't really see what you are spraying but what I did was spay a little, then took a screw driver and used leverage to rotate the flywheel over and over until I hit the whole thing. I did this two times, once per day. Then just put the starter back on and started the tractor in gear with the clutch disengaged. Broke loose in about 5 minutes of giving gas then brakes.

Clutch has shown no signs or slippage and saved a ton of time splitting it.
