ML-104 and ML Grill Guard

As I was getting ready to do my 50 hour service, I decided it was time to finally install the brush guard on my 2015.

It doesn't fit. I can install the brush guard, or I can install the loader. But, I can't install the brush guard and loader.

I talked to the dealer and to one of his mechanics. Both said it should just bolt on.

I suspect I have either the wrong Front Mount Assembly, or the Wrong Brush Guard. The Brush Guard is marked "ML Brush Guard."

I plan to take the front mount assembly and the brush guard to the dealer's tomorrow and see if they can show me what is wrong. In the meantime, has anybody else run into this problem?

I've attached a photo of both.

You do have the new front mount. However, the Grill Guard you have is the orginal one that did not fit WITH the loader. The grill guard you have has a part number or 1590-2020 on the side doesn't it?

Thanks for confirming what I thought. Yes, that is the part number on the bar code label.

I'm going to visit my dealer in the morning. Hopefully they can exchange it since I've had it for five months.

I know when i got my gaurd for my 4110, they told me i may have to stretch the gaurd a little bit wider to fit over the loader mount, but sounds like your holes just don't match/line up?

I got my new grill guard this week - and it fits.

First thanks to RBACK33 for PMing me with the correct part number -- which is 1590-2038 (the one that fits tractors without loaders is 1590-2020).

I was one of the first 2015 sales for my dealer -- and they were unaware of the differences.

Anyway, I returned the incorrect brush guard and it majically turned into the correct brush guard.
