ML112 subframe braces Needed.

I'm looking for the braces that were added to the newer model ML112 (2003+). I've reached out to my Mahindra dealer and KMW to no avail. Even tried a couple tractor salvage places. Any help locating some would be awesome. I'm trying to avoid having to have them fabricated locally.

I got a early 3510 with 1100 hours on it this year. Great tractor, runs good and everything works well. I noticed some flex in the frame, most noticeable between the dash and hood hinge weather stripping when lowering the FEL. Pretty sure the bottom engine bolts have loosened some. After a lot of reading on here I see a big part of it is the braces where never added. It's not affecting the capability yet. I plan on splitting the tractor to check everything, but would like to locate some braces first.

The Mahindra part #s are KMW12082019 and KMW12082018. They show for ml112 bracket with S/N 03058028-CURRENT(04010233).

Its a shame KMW can’t help you out, as you can tell by my photos the brackets are not too complicated.
If you take some detailed measurements between mounting points and make a drawing up, a local welding shop should be able to fabricate
I think it is 1/2” plate stock but i can check that

I have a Mahindra 4510 with the ML 114 loader. Could also use the braces. Any info you have on the same you can share would be appreciated. thanks

My dealings with kmw has not been very helpful. They will supply mahindra part numbers. But absolutely will not bend on selling parts.

You need those plates. I think they are half inch but would measure if anyone wants to know. I believe that they are straight with no bends.

Your part number is KMW12092012. Yours should have the braces built in.

If I end up fabbing a brace I was thinking of doing it like that. It's a much simpler design with the diagonal braces welded directly to the bottom plate.. The braces for the ML112 were after thoughts so they aren't as integral as the one for your loader.

The ml112 brackets are bent not butt welded (see photos)
The part that bolts to the sub frame has multiple holes for adjustment

That’s may be the best way to go in your situation,
I had no idea the ml114 braces were attached directly to the cross member, seems to be a more solid attachment
The 112 braces must have been an afterthought by Mahindra
Could have been too many tractors breaking?

That's good to know, I was expecting it to be 1/2" steel like the frame rails.

I've reached out to ASAP already. They said they haven't had any 3510/4110s ina while, and if they come with a loader they don't seperate the subframe from it. I'll try the other one.
