I searched all the threads and still can't find a mention of my experience trying to level the deck, and the manual is confusing.
What I am experiencing is that when I lower the deck to my mowing height, it lowers, then the right side lowers more after the left reaches it's limit. Never noticed this before and I'm very **** so I would have noticed before.
Anyone know what I could have damaged under there to cause this? I do alot of work with the FEL and have gotten stuck a few times, and I have smacked a tree or two with the edge of the deck, but I would not think that it would be racked from that as heavy duty as the deck is built.
I have not (like an idiot) checked the level with it in the mowing position properly in that I was measuring the "lip" of the deck and not the actual blade height. And I would think if I bent a blade then it would vibrate like crazy.
I went through all the leveling adjustments at the lowering bar, to no avail albeit after being frustrated with the whole deal at that point.
After dorking around with it for awhile, I finally tightened up the spring on the low side until it would float correctly, but I know that this is not the proper solution as the spring is at it's limit for being tightened . I hate to have the dealer come out and tell me it's something stupid, but I may have to.
The three point lifters in the back are level and lower and lift together properly if that makes any difference.
It just bothers me that something has changed, not to mention that it scalps my lawn on some sloped parts that it didn't do before.
Any thoughts???

Let the dealer deal with it... it can't cost that much and if you haven't figured it out by now, watching him fix it will be worth the money for you for future adjustments. Mine doesn't go down evenly, but it always cuts evenly. Check the underneath to see if there is any built up grass clippings that will interfere with the normal vacuum underneath that is crucial to a nice cut

I feel your pain, I decided last weekend to really dial mine in and get it right as the left side was lower than the right and the front was riding higher than the rear of the mower deck. After I spent a couple hours I thought I had it right and went out and mowed the lawn then took the mower deck off. Now I have put the mower back on and the right side sits lower than the left so back to adjusting I go, the manual does a poor job of explaining how to adjust the deck. I did all my adjustments with the deck lowered to 3" cutting height and I measured from the ground to the bladetip in all positions, how it could be different after putting deck on/off is beyond me.

i to have had right frt lower than left side and rear of deck almost hitting rear tires. spent some time following manual
and adjusting. dosen't really seem to make much difference
same condition exists. also now left side lifts slightly b/4
right side when raising. i think best solution is to just
make sure you get a even cut . sharp blades and clean
under dect. just my 2cents worth
thank for listening
