Mobile home frame for short span bridge?

/ Mobile home frame for short span bridge? #61
I wouldn't consider a mobile home trailer frame for anything but packing one to the building site. You have to rember that with mobile homes, rb trailers and such, the box that sits on the frame takes part of the torsional load. And when they are set up they have supporting footings about every 6-8 ft. They won't support any side loads at all without bending. All in all, if you don't want your prize machinery to join the fish, stay away from these lightly built frames.
