Mod to switch GPS rear-view camera ON

OK Monster now I understand. If the backup camera is powered full time (key-ON) then you MUST control it with a few button-presses on the GPS screen.
Also I made a huge mistake in model#. It's not a 760LMT, it's a Nuvi 2798LMT.

There is a camera icon on the screen used to switch the view to the camera. I would assume the 2798 would have it also.

Al I was thinking that just adding one $4 relay & 5 spade connectors hidden behind a taillight would be the easiest. And least invasive to a new truck as the courtesy (dome light) switch is already there.

Anyway its all done & works great. Not sure what to say about use at night time, will find out soon enough. I'm guessing that the camera would reqiure the illumination of the reverse lights to work.
