Model 31 tiller parts

Im not sure where to post this question, so if I'm in the wrong forum please let me know.
I'm restoring an early model 31 John Deere tiller and I will need to fabricate part of the manual lifting bracket.
It is item number 10 in this diagram, the part that connects the turn buckle to the lifting cable.
My question is can someone supply me with the measurements, overall length, width etc?

Looks substantial, like 1/4 steel.

Maybe you can get an idea of the length from the video.

Another thing you might try, is to use a piece of chain to temporally connect the lift, then you can adjust the chain length until the lift works the way you think it should. Then you can use the chain length to determine the length of the replacement part.
