model 45 loader parts

Hey guys I am looking at buying a 45 loader off of an x585 for my x585. I was curious, are there any other pieces for the actual loader other then the main loader frame and the cross tube underneath? Amy other brackets or parts. I remember the older 4x5 series having a different valve on the transmission. What do you guys think a good price for the loader is? The tractor has 1500 hrs so the loader could have up to that many hours on it

Well I ended up just buying it last night. Looks like a really nice loader. The guy cut a hole in the center of the bucket I would assume to move trailers with but other then that it looks brand new.

Sounds great! Aside from the loader and the cross tube, you need the valve for the transmission and the free-wheel release lever for the new valve. There is unique valve for the 4x2 and 4x4, so be sure to get the right one.

For your X585, you need THPR Valve BW15044. I believe the release rod is AM131981.

Where does this valve go on the tractor under the middle of the fenders in the top of the Hydro? Also what does the valve do? Does it raise the relief pressure so you have more psi before the relief opens?

It is mounted on top of the transaxle. You need to remove the seat, fuel tank, and fender deck to access. The valve - I believe- is actually a lower relief than the standard valve. It calls out in the manual you can damage your transaxle if you use loader without swapping the valve -"reduces stress on transaxle".

OK I finally has some time to put this valve and release lever in. I took the fenders and everything off. Which side does it go in. There are 2 valves in the top I assume one from forward and one for reverse. So does it go in the left or right. I don't have my release lever to judge by that yet I am ordering it today. Thanks for any help or advice.
