It seems as if the B3030 model number is changing to the B3000 for 2011.

We are considering a B3030HSDCC with a front blower to add to our snow removal capabilities.

Anyone here know about when the 2011 model line for B's hits?

Nope...... just heard thoughts that they may hit the dealers early spring. Have you seen the new B3000 ? According to what I've seen in another discussion here, they haven't changed much from the B3030. If the website was correct, they have given them the quarter-inching valve as opposed to the B3030's position control. A step down in my opinion..... I'd just get the 3030 now.

Mr. D,

From what I can gather here: Products: B3000HSDCC Kubota Canada Ltd.

the B3000HSDCC has a "Position control valve"

whereas the B3000HSDC has "Quarter inching valve"

I find nothing on any U.S. sites.

There you go. Apparently you can stay with position control if you get the cold weather package. Either way...... i see nothing to gain by waiting for the B3000.

My guess is the reference to the quarter inching valve is a mistake. Kubota listed my BX25 as having position control on one of the spec's pages and we know that isn't correct.

Its not a mistake. There will be both a quater inching and pos control model. Its the same tractor as the B3030, I'm not sure why they are bothering to change the model number.

doesn't the new model have better insulation and a bh option?

The cab is the same, but supposedly it has some insulation panels that the 3030 doesn't. And, yes.... the Kubota backhoe is now an option. Logic tells me that since the tractor is virtually unchanged, anyone with a 3030 should be able to mount the Kubota hoe to their tractor.

Wow, that's hard to believe and a mistake in my opinion. Seems to me most competitors are putting position control on their full tractor line while Kubota is pushing its lower cost and less competitive quarter inching valve up market; in this case to one of their premium B series tractors. Don't understand that move.
