Mike is right. When we posted names of the moderators, staff and so forth, it led to people contacting them with inappropriate questions, arguing about whether a post should be moderated, name calling, etc.
We do discuss various issues amongst all moderators. We are always evaluating the services and policies of TBN, and make adjustments and hopefully improvements all the time.
The overall rate of removal of posts is less than 1/10th of 1%.
Generally speaking, we do not reverse decisions of moderators. They very often have discussed an issue within the private moderators' section before any action is taken, particularly if we feel it may lead to raised tempers or controversy.
But hey, sometimes even moderators get moderated -- even me!

.
The best thing to do is to flag a post to get moderator attention -- click on the little trianlge with a red exclamation icon on left bottom corner of the page. Usually that gets someone looking at it within an hour or less, even in the middle of the night (the sun never sets on TBN!

).
I truly believe TBN truly is one of the best moderated forums on the Web. The overwhelming majority of our members agree.
