Don't use TSP near glass, it will etch it.

I use Jomax. It's made by Zinsser, which also makes the very best primer for paint that I've ever tried!!! Just spray it on with a garden pump sprayer, wait half an hour and hose it off. Scrub with a brush or broom if needed while hosing it off.

NEVER use a pressure washer on a house. That just destroys the seals on the house and forces water into areas that it's not supposed to be and leads to mold.
