Price Check Montana 3940 hst with loader + grapple 1200

Found used 2007 Montana 3940 hst with fel and grapple with 1200 hours on Craigslist. $9600. It is about 2 hours away so haven't seen it in person yet. I searched and only found a few old posts on here about this model. People seemed pleased with it when new but no reliability info. I plan on building a house and moving out to my hilly, rocky 97 acres in the next year and wanted hst and loader for landscaping. I have a jd 5500 for heavy plowing but wanted to know if Montana is durable and a good value at this price before I spend a day on the road looking at it.

Well, I have never owned one, and only seen a few, but from what I understand it is a green painted LS. It sounds cheap enough I assume equipped with a QA bucket and a grapple.. As for the hours if it was well taken care of, there should still be a lot of life left in it. Hopefully some of the other guys that have Montana's or LS's will chime in here with some comments.
